Ultrachem now has a complete line of Premium Quality Food Grade Synthetic Oils and Grease to compliment our line ofIndustrial Lubricants. These products meet all of the requirements of the USDAand FDA H-1 regulations, 21 CFR 178.3570,and conform to the requirements of NSF. This Omnilube® line of oils for incidental food contact is available for compressor, hydraulic, gear and multipurpose applications as follows.

Compressor Oils:

Omnilube® 520, 546, 568, 5131 and 640.- These oils are ISO VG 32 through 150 Hi food grade oils for use in a wide variety of rotary screw, rotary vane, and reciprocating compressors and vacuum pumps. Recommended change-out intervals are 2,000 to 4,000 hours.

Omnilube® 32/46, 68 and 455are novel, recently developed rotary screw and reciprocating air compressor lubricants with greatly improved wear, oxidation and lubricity vs. currently available H-1 food grade synthetic lubricants. These lubricants were designed with a proprietary additive package, are registered with NSF and meet USDA H-1 requirements. Field tests have shown these lubricants to outlast other synthetic H-1 lubricants by 50%to 100%.

Multipurpose Hydraulic Oils:

Omnilube® FGH 1000 Series Multi-Purpose Hydraulic Oils.-These oils are suitable for hydraulic systems, bearings, oven chains, canning applications, and valves.

Omnilube® FGH 2000 Series High Load AW Multi-Purpose Hydraulic Oils. - These premium quality oils are intended for use where longer oil change intervals or more extreme duty cycles require a longer lasting, heavier duty product.

Gear Oils:

Omnilube® FGG 1000 Gear Oil Series. - These oils are suitable for use in gear sets, worm gears, bearings and as chain lubricants.

Omnilube® FGG 2000 Severe Load Gear Oil Series. - These premium quality oils are intended for use in more severely loaded applications than

the 1000 Gear Oil Series.

Grease:

Omnilube® FGM2 Grease-This multi-purpose PAO based calcium complex sulfonate grease offers outstanding performance in a wide variety of applications including use in wheel bearings and as cha

Chain Lubricants:

Omnilube® PG-130-FGChain Lubricant - This H-1 food grade polyalkylene glycol based chain oil is designed for use on chains where higher temperatures areexpected. It will not leave deposits associated with some other oils.

Omnilube® PG-220 FG Chain Lubricant. - This H-1 food grade polyalkylene glycol based chain oil is designed for use on chains where higher temperatures areexpected. It will not leave deposits associated with some other oils.

Product Details:

Ultrachem VP 100 is a highly refined, premium detergent free oil designed for vacuum pump use. It is characterized by an outstanding lubricating performance where oxidation, rust and high bearing and gear loading are not problems. It has an excellent oxidation resistance and water separation.

Chemlube® PAO lubricants are synthetic air compressor fluids designed using high quality polyalphaolefin (PAO) base stocks and an advanced additive package built for high-level performance. These products are formulated to meet the demands of modern compressor equipment which place a high level of stress of the lubricant due to compact designs, increased speeds and resulting high temperatures. PAO offers excellent compatibility with most lubricants and equipment components, excellent demulsibility for easy moisture removal and solid performance over a wide temperature range.

Chemlube 221, 228, and 268 are designed for rotary screw applications and offer a service life of up to 8,000 hours under good operating conditions. 

Chemlube 299 and 300 are designed for reciprocating compressors with variable hours based on application specifics.

IT-7486 is high temperature chain oil designed for:1. All kinds of chains, joints, bearings, seals & wire ropes having an exposure of temperatures of up to 200 °C2. Chain drives in the automotive paint booth systems3. Chain & wire rope drives at brick works, glass and ceramic industries, steel works, tube manufacturing plants, bakeries etc.

Product Details:

Chemlube 600 Series have been formulated from PAO synthetic fluids for enclosed gear systems requiring ashless antioxidants, anti-wear and mild EP additive systems. The oils have been designed to provide satisfactory lubrication under hydrodynamic and mild boundary lubrication conditions. They are recommended for gear systems where moderate loads and high temperatures are expected, including worm gears containing soft metals such as bronze, brass and copper. Chemlube 600 Series oils are also used as multipurpose oils in such application as vacuum pumps, compressors and hydraulic fluids. They are similar to petroleum oils in their compatibility to seals, hoses, gaskets and paint.

 

 

Product Details:

Applications: Chemlube 932, 946 and 968 are designed for 10,000 hours of use in rotary vane and screw compressors and Chemlube 9100 is designed for long life superior lubrication of reciprocating compressors. These products are greater than 90% biodegradable as measured by CEC L33 biodegradability test. New additive technology assures long lasting protection for 10,000 hours.

Product Details:

Vischem® 501 and 502 are outstanding heat stable, long life, fully synthetic non-melting greases. These greases are superior for high temperature applications and are lower cost than silicone greases. Vischem 501 and 502 are recommended for use where silicone greases have been used satisfactorily; also where other petroleum and other synthetic greases have failed. These greases will not form coke, sludge, or varnish when used within the useful temperature range. Vischem 501 and 502 have a non-melting dropping point over 500°F.

Product Details:

Chemlube 801 is a fully synthetic fluid designed with a high viscosity for high temperature applications. This premium chain oil is non-carbonizing and is an ashless lubricant. Chemlube 801 will not form carbon, gum or sludge deposits. It also has a low evaporation rate making it last longer and has outstanding wetting and spreading properties. With these properties, Chemlube 801 yields savings in maintenance dollars.

P-ACO Petroleum Air Compressor Oils:multifunctional range of lubricants designed for use in many industrial applications. These are considered environmentally friendly since they arezinc free. Ultrachem offers these premium petroleum oils as an answer to low cost petroleum oil where OEM specifications are critical. They are also useful where frequent change outs are necessary due to poor environments prone to contamination from dust, acids, solvents, gases or other contaminants.
