IT-2593 Heavy Duty Anti-Corrosion Coating designed for protection of the components stored outdoors provides an excellent protection to metal substrates.

It leaves wax-like film which is flexible and non-migratory. The coating can be removed with any mineral spirits or alkaline cleaners such as Ultrachem Degreaser. A film thickness of at least 50-70 microns is recommended for protection of parts in uncovered outdoor storage.

IT-2593 can be applied by dipping brushing or spraying. The product features a thin flexible coating with excellent salt spray ratings UV resistance. The coating is designed for outdoor multi-metal protection with cured film heat stable up to 200 ºC. The product is used for pipe coating in outdoor storage, for preservation of the machined parts, underbody coating, for protection of the steel plates all kinds of machined parts.

Ultra-Descaler is designed to remove hard water scale from industrial equipment such as boilers, heat exchange units, water cooled compressors and connecting pipe lines. This version is more pleasant to handle because it fumes less and smells better than competitive products. Yet it can be diluted with water by as much as 50% for performance similar to competitive products above. Hard water scale is removed down to the base metal with no scraping or rodding needed. It also removes metal oxides, such as rust from ferrous metal equipment and ferrous stock metal. Ultra-Descaler is suitable for use in USDA federally inspected meat and poultry facilities for descaling heat exchangers. Ultra-Descaler is compounded with inhibitors, surfactants, defoaming agents, various diluted acids, a pleasant cover scent and a dye to help differentiate it from other materials.

IT-5004 liquid purging compound cleans the entire plasticator, mixed with a minimum amount of plasticizing material. It can be used immediately after the molding process to avoid costly delays in production. It will clean not only the pigments and plastic residue from the barrel and screw but, when used without a carrier, is also an excellent polishing medium for removing oxidation from metal. IT-5004 purges barrels and screws, nozzles and hot-runner tooling of extruders and injection molding machines under operating conditions.

Its reactive VX-polymer converts rust into stable metal complex and attains a passive state without losing the strength of the metal. In essence it’s an encapsulation process. It is a 98% zinc-rich galvanized coating that works like a hot-dip on ferrous metals indoors and outdoors. The coating withstands water temperature up to 100°C and continuous dry heat up to 400°C. Commonly used as a flash rust preventive on welded areas, it offers a long term protection.
