Product DescriptionIT-7410–a semi-solid wire rope lubricant not only protects against external corrosion but it also penetrates to give internal lubrication and protection. The lubricant is specially formulated, highly penetrating rust preventive lubricant with excellent load carrying capacity. The lubricant penetrates to the core of wire ropes while they are running or stationary. The lubricant contains a combination of solid lubricants & is formulated to resist fretting corrosion and is water repellent to provide outstanding protection against rust. The lubricant features deep wetting and penetrating properties providing excellent load & anti-wear properties. It is strongly adhesive and does not drip or fling & has a high flash point. Exhibiting a wide temperature range it doesn’t leave any deposits, making inspection of wire ropes easy. Some examples of application are its use on all stationary or moving wire ropes or cables under heavy loads, chains of all sizes. It can be used in any application that requires excellent rust protection to steel parts on marine and offshore wire ropes, logging wire ropes, and mining or on cranes & hoists.

IT-5000 oils are recommended for use in all types of industrial, mobile, and marine hydraulic systems utilizing vane, gear, or piston (axial or radial) pumps. IT-2507 is a low viscosity, quick evaporating stamping fluid designed for drawing of both ferrous & non-ferrous sheet metal. IT-2507 has to be applied by a suitable method on the sheet metal just before stamping. Apply the product thinly by spraying equipment or roll on one or both sides. After the operation, the residual oil will evaporate at room temperature without leaving any oil traces on the surface of the sheet metal.  Cleaning of the sheets for removal of any oil traces for further operation is not necessary as it evaporates without leaving any traces. This is a ready to use formulation and do not mix with water.

IT-7405 is a single component silicone diffusion pump fluid for high vacuums of upto 10-8 torr. A low vapor pressure and thermal stability make it ideal vacuum oil for use in mass spectrometers or electron microscopes etc. It offers quick pump-down, even after exposure to air under operating conditions. It is a clear, Tetramethyltetra- phenyltrisiloxane, single-component fluid. Low vapor pressure of IT-7405 silicone fluids at baffle temperatures results in low migration rates. Jets and boiler surfaces hence stay clean; it exhibit virtually no breakdown or decomposition under operational conditions. The recovery rate of IT-7405 after exposure to air at operating tempera¬tures is faster.

Product DescriptionIT-7402 series silicone fluids are polydimethylsiloxane oils with average kinematic viscosities ranging from 50 to 10,000 cSt. These are heat stable & exhibit excellent oxidation resistance, very low vapor pressure and high flash point. The fluids show very little change in physical properties over a wide temperature span - a relatively flat viscosity-temperature slope, and serviceability from -40°C up to 200°C. The fluids have good dielectric properties over a wide range of temperatures and frequencies and a low surface tension - readily wets clean surfaces to impart water repellence and release characteristics. Typical applications includes its use as a mechanical fluid, hydrolic stabilizers, damping media, as release agent, foam preventative, as lubricant or as an insulating fluid.
