Applications: The Ultrachem PGWS Series of synthetic oils are polyglycol-based for use in compressors, vacuum pumps, enclosed gears, bearing, and other applications where the unique properties of these fluids are necessary. The use of PGWS oils in gas compression preserves the unique viscosity-temperature relationships of these unique products by resisting thinning out by hydrocarbon dilution.

IT-9201, a copper based anti-seize compound provides a protection against high temperature seizing and galling. The product is used for facilitating easy dismantling of all mated parts, studs, bolts, flanges and gaskets which are subject to very high temperature of upto + 650 °C, aggressive marine environment, water or steam etc. It works as an ideal assembly lubricant for threaded connections, especially the ones exposed to high temperatures and vibratory loads, preventing seizing and sintering of threaded connections at high temperatures, and makes dismantling easy even after long hours of operation. In addition the lubricating properties of the compound provide an optimum balance between the tightening torque and the pretension

IT-7497 is a high temperature synthetic adhesive chain oil spray designed lubrication of the chains and wire ropes exposed to high speeds, water/sea-water contamination. It gives excellent   protection against corrosion & wear. It also does not get thrown of at high speeds and is neutral to ‘O’ rings.

Chemlube 5083 is designed with unique high flash point premium polyolester (POE)-based fluid unavailable elsewhere. A fully synthetic lubricant, this has a wide temperature range and virtually eliminates carbon deposits with its natural cleaning and detergency. A proprietary blend of antioxidants, anti-wear additives and corrosion inhibitor enhance the performance of this chain lubricant. The oil has a low volatility, low smoking tendency and high flash point. It is resistant to sludging and gumming. Chemlube 5083 is available with and without soluble Moly for added performance.

Product Details:

Krytox XHT-BD Performance Lubricant Greases is designed for use where the temperatures are in the 300⁰C (572 ⁰F) range and higher where there is a danger of melting the standard PTFE thickner. This grease uses a special non-melting high temperature thickener that also provides extreme pressure properties and works as a solid lubricant if the base oil is depleted. The base oil is an extremely viscous oil that provided good viscosity and lower evaporation at high temperatures. The grease is slightly tacky and will coat the surface and stay in place The Oil in the grease can begin to slowly degrade at temparatures above 330 ⁰C (625 ⁰F) and this will occur at an increasing rae as temparatures increase. Relubrication could be requires at these temperature to achieve optimum life. Maximum use temperatures for these greases are 360 ⁰C(680 ⁰F) with intermittent spikes to 400 ⁰C (752 ⁰F).

It allows easy removal of parts from molds and improves surface finish of molded part. IT-1103 is non staining and odorless and does not contain any ozone depleting chemicals or CFC’s.
