IT-4337 is synthetic oil based high temperature polyurea thickened grease designed for use in bearings exposed to wide temperature range & severe conditions like water load and speed etc. The lubricant is designed for long-term lubrication at high operating temperatures and high loads (e.g. vibrations) and esp. designed for highly loaded plain and rolling bearings, joints, slides, hinges and guiding in rolling mills, iron and steel works as well as for machines and plants in all industrial areas. Suitable for use in drum bearings in continuous wood panel presses. 

 

Service temperature range:        - 20 up to + 200 ^oC

Consistency                              NLGI grade 2

 

Features:

The lubricant exhibits remarkable extreme pressure properties, reduces friction & wear and offers low starting torque even at low temperatures. It is resistant to water, other aggressive agents & provides excellent sealing properties. The grease has high oxidation stability, good shear stability & offers low internal friction making it ideal for central lubrication systems.

Product Details:

A High Temperature & Water Resistant lubricant, IT-4319 is a multi-use grease designed for lubrication of the ball and rolling bearings subjected to these conditions as well as high & shock loads.

It is suitable for lubrication over a wide temperature range of – 10 °C to 180 °C. Using select additives which impart exceptional load-carrying abilities, the grease is formulated to resist high shock loads and has high lubricating properties which result in extended cycling times and cost reduction

IT-4121 is lithium grease made from synthetic hydrocarbon oil incorporating a UV indicator for facilitating inspection.  It results in achieving reduced plug-in and switching forces, lower oxide development and extended connecting and switching cycles. The lubricant reduces the contact resistance makes switching actions smoother. With an ability to service at a wide temperature range from low to high as well as excellent plastic compatibility, it is widely used for plastic sliding parts and electric contacts of automobile electric appliances. 

Product Details:

IT-3109 is a high-quality purpose-made lubricant for use in gas cocks, taps, valves and for flange and screw fittings exposed to many industrial and domestic gases and chemicals. It provides a highly effective seal for gas cocks and similar taps & is a non-melting grease, useable to 160 ^oC  and does not thicken excessively at temperatures down to -18 C. It has mechanical stability, is water resistant, displays high stability, has excellent adhesion to metals, prevents wear and has superior storage life. The lubricant contains oxidation inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors and metal deactivators; in order to protect the valves, cocks and taps to which it is supplied for.
