This multi-purpose extreme pressure paste contains pure graphite. It has an excellent adhesion to all types of metal surfaces and contains special additives which inhibit rust and corrosion. Formulated with a non-melt base, it exhibits low friction & extreme pressure properties. The lubricant provides good wear resistance and protection against galling, seizing and corrosion on metal surfaces. Possessing excellent properties of adhesion to metal surfaces even when the surfaces have been exposed to oils, it therefore offers outstanding resistance to water washout and protects against the harsh effects of outdoor environments.

Product DescriptionIT-2586 is designed to provide a high temperature dry lubricant coating esp. as a lubricant for heavily loaded chains in temperature ranges in which oil or grease lubrication is not possible. Some applications are for lubrication of high temperature chain drives in annealing, baking ovens for aluminum tube manufacturing, wire ropes & conveyor chain drives exposed to high temperatures, painting systems etc. The product can be sprayed onto hot surfaces. Dries at room temperature. Can be mixed with water in ratio of up to 1:5.

Product DescriptionIT-2504 is heat cured solid lubricant bonded coating containing molybdenum disulfide, PTFE, and corrosion inhibiting additives. It provides excellent combination of anti-wear properties and chemical/corrosion protection. The lubricant coating is designed for coating on parts exposed to very high loads and parts requiring permanent lubrication. The coating protects against fretting and galling such as splines, universal joints or keyed bearings etc. Also used for coating on threaded connections for easy dismantling. IT-2504 is ready to use and can be applied by spray or dipping.
